A mentor is an expert, who’s walked the path before you, many times, and knows well the ways to get there, the obstacles to be faced, and what the journey will require.

A mentor dedicates him or herself to fostering your growth and progress. S/he teaches, and provides guidance, advice and support.

How It Works

  • We meet virtually twice a month (60 minute sessions), where you will learn anxiety tools and techniques from the anxiety toolkit to manage stress and anxiety.

  • We stay connected through text and email in between, however much you like.

Purpose

  • Your anxiety toolkit will shift the voice in your head to one that helps, guides and empowers you through challenges and life.

  • Prepare for, respond to, and recover from stress effectively.

  • Shift your brain and nervous system—from an anxiety pattern, to a well-being and inner sovereignty and safety pattern giving you self-mastery over anxiety.

  • Navigate turbulent, uncertain times and difficult personal obstacles.

  • Connect more deeply, authentically, and positively with yourself, others, and life.

  • Sync your head and heart for creative problem solving, clearer perspective, better decision making, and more joy and ease.
